THE 15 QUICK AND SIMPLE STEPS:
1- SIGN IN

3- ENTER YOUR AMOUNT in the [Amount] box
4- Fill in all the fields
NB : If your address is 3137 Powder Springs Street .....,
enter only the house number on the [House #] box.
5- CLICK ON RECHARGE
6- CONFIRM YES or OK
7- CLICK ON PRODUCT LIST (HOME), located on the
upper left side of the window, to refresh the screen and see
your [Balance] on the top right corner.
8- Choose the type of card you want to use by clicking
on the icons.
For example : CLICK ON THE STARSTARS or YELLOW icon, and
then ENTER YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER IN THE [Phone
Number] boxes.
9- CLICK ON SEARCH
10- ENTER FULL BALANCE AMOUNT ON THE
[Amount] box.
11- CLICK ON RECHARGE and confirm.
If you've entered a mobile phone #, a text
message containing an Access # (phone number
to dial) and a 4-digit pass code will be sent to that
phone.
Otherwise, if you've typed in a land line #, there will be no text
message. Continue to step #12, below.
12- WRITE DOWN YOUR 4-digit [Pass Code]
N.B : Save it to your phone with your telephone access #.
13- IMPORTANT: Go back to PAY NOW (upper right
corner), Delete your Credit Card information by clicking
on [Delete].
When finished, CLICK ON PRODUCT LIST to refresh the
screen.
14- TO ACCESS YOUR MINUTES...
STARSTARS: DIAL: (786) 728-8960 or search for an
alternate# in the [ACCESS#] top menu.
YELLOW: DIAL: (718) 942-9322 or search for an
alternate# in the [ACCESS#] top menu.
15- LOGOUT.

1- ENREGISTREZ/CONNECTEZ-VOUS

Saisissez votre nom d'utilisateur (trice)
Entrez votre mot de passe
2- CLICKER SUR PAY NOW (Completement en haut, a droite).
NB : Laissez l'option [Pinless]
3- SAISISSEZ VOTRE MONTANT dans le champ [Amount].
4- Remplissez les champs.
NB : Si votre adresse est 3137 Powder Springs Street .....,
tapez uniquement le numero de la maison ou du batiment dans le
champ [House #].
5- CLICKER SUR RECHARGE
6- CONFIRMEZ PAR YES OU OK
7- CLICKEZ SUR PRODUCT LIST (HOME), situe en haut et a
gauche de la fenetre, pour remettre a jour l'ecran et voir votre
[Balance] affichee, en haut et a droite de la fenetre.
8- Faites votre choix de carte telephonique en clicking sur
les icones correpondantes.
Par example : CLICKER SUR STARSTARS ou l'icone YELLOW , ensuite
then SAISSISSEZ VOTRE NUMERO DE TELEPHONE dans le champ
reserve a [Phone Number].
9- CLICKER SUR SEARCH
10- SAISISSEZ LA TOTALITE DU MONTANT DONT VOUS DISPOSEZ DANS LE COMPTE DAND LE CHAMP [Amount].
11- CLICKER SUR RECHARGE and confirm.
Si vous avez saisi un numero de telephone portable, un sms
contenant le mot de passe ainsi que le numero d'Appel sera envoye a
ce numero.
Sinon, si vou avez utilise un numero de telephone fixe, il n'y aura pas
de sms. Passez a l'etape numero 12, ci-dessous, .
12- NOTEZ VOTRE MOT DE PASSE DE 4 CHIFFRES,
[Pass Code]
N.B : Enregistrer dans votre telephone le mot de passe ainsi que le
numero d'appel.
13- IMPORTANT: Retournez a PAY NOW (en haut, completement
a droite), Supprimez les informations de votre Carte de Credit en
clicking sur [Delete].
Lorsque vos avez fini, CLICKER SUR PRODUCT LIST pour mettre a
jour l'affichage de votre ecran.
14- POUR ACCEDER A VOS MINUTES...
STARSTARS: COMPOSEZ: (786) 728-8960 ou recherchez un numero alternatif dans la partie [ACCESS#] en haut du menu.
YELLOW: COMPOSEZ: (718) 942-9322 ou recherchez un numero alternatif dans la partie [ACCESS#] en haut du menu.
15- DECONNECTEZ-VOUS, i.e. [LOGOUT]
